1. Introduction
Welcome to SEOKRU LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (seokru.com) and the provision of our SEO and AI automation services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Ethics Policy, and Actionable Feedback Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.
3. Website Use
3.1 Permitted Use: You may access our content for informational purposes and submit inquiries via our contact forms. 3.2 Prohibited Activities: You must not use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems (bots) to scrape our data without written consent.
4. Professional Services
4.1 Service Description: We provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and AI Automation services. Specific deliverables will be outlined in individual Service Agreements. 4.2 AI Automation Disclaimer: Where AI automation is utilized, SEOKRU LTD maintains a “Human-in-the-Loop” protocol. However, clients acknowledge that AI outputs are subject to algorithmic changes and require human verification on the client side upon delivery. 4.3 No Guarantees: Search engine algorithms are proprietary and change frequently. While we use industry-leading strategies, SEOKRU LTD does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes.
5. Client Responsibilities & Feedback
5.1 Information Accuracy: Clients must provide accurate data and timely access to necessary accounts (Analytics, CMS, etc.). 5.2 Feedback Policy: Client feedback must adhere to our Actionable Feedback Policy. Vague or non-constructive feedback may delay project timelines and is not grounds for service termination or refunds.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property: All proprietary AI workflows, automation scripts, and website content are the intellectual property of SEOKRU LTD. 6.2 Client Materials: You retain rights to your original content. You grant us a limited license to use these materials solely for the delivery of your contracted services.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 “As Is” Basis: Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses resulting from search engine penalties, algorithm updates, or third-party API failures (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Meta). 7.2 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOKRU LTD’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question during the three months preceding the claim.
8. Identity & Conduct
In accordance with our Identity Irrelevance Policy, SEOKRU LTD conducts all business based on professional merit and collective wellbeing. We reserve the right to terminate services for any client whose conduct involves identity-based harassment or political interference that disrupts our professional neutrality and group cohesion.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the collective interests of SEOKRU LTD.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.

12. SEOKRU Analytics App
SEOKRU operates a separate free pilot application at analytics.seokru.com which connects to users’ own Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console accounts via Google OAuth to generate plain-English reports.
Use of the App is subject to these Terms together with any supplementary terms published on the App itself. By connecting a Google account to the App, the user warrants they have authority to grant access to the Google properties connected, and agrees to comply with Google’s Terms of Service for GA4 and Search Console.
The App is provided “as is” during the pilot. Reports include narrative text produced by AI models and may contain errors; users should verify critical numbers against the source Google tools before making business decisions. SEOKRU’s liability for the App is limited as described in the Limitation of Liability section above.
